Does this plug into a laptop? null

Yes, I use for my xbox and my laptop

The headphones are USB, so if you have a USB port they should work. However you should note that the iCUE software that is available for the headphones does not recognize them on Apple systems. I have tried to get Corsair to deal with the issue but they have not resolved yet. The OS does see them so they are usable, you just will not be able to use the cool software, or update the logic in the headset.
