Swings to an angle -- how do I tighten? My unit swings slightly to the right, so is not facing the viewers straight on. How do I tighten it so that I can control the viewing angle?

The Allen wrench included in the box, packaged in plastic bags with bolts, is used to tighten the tension..simply use the Allen wrench by inserting in the bottom of the main vertical hinge. Righty tighty...lefty loosey.

The plastic knobs on the brackets let you tighten/loosen the movement of the TV. The directions were helpful describing which knob did what tilt/swivel.

You can tighten the arm of the mount using the included hex keys.
