The mount itself is very strong and will support many different Flat Screen devices but does not appear to be designed for "add-on" pieces. If you got duct tape and super glue, I'm sure you could make something work but the added weight will depend greatly on the anchor bolts used with the mount and if properly installed into wall studs. The mount will likely hold more weight than the bolts you might have used whrn screwed into the wall.

I don't think so,but you can attach the your soundbar under the TV it should have come with mounting equipment but I don't think you can mount it to TV mounting equipment it self.Are you can buy the mounting brackets seperately, check Best Buy.

Yeah, they make universal sound bar brackets that attach your sound bar directly underneath your TV. Best Buy sells quite a few different kinds too. Just search for soundbar bracket and they will pop up on Best Buy's website.
