• YES...it's a perfect fit. The hardware (screws and bolts included with the mount) fit as if they were made by the same company...no problem at all.

• In order to fit to my Samsung 32" LED TV (UN32H5500AFXZA), which has an "irregularly-shaped back", I went to Home Depot and bought the following hardware: 5/8" long nylon spacers (4) and M8 - 1.25 x40 stainless screws (4). The universal spacers supplied in the box were too long to allow the M8 x 35 screws to thread into the holes in the back of the TV. I may have gotten away with using the supplied M8 x 35 screws with the 5/8" spacers, but for a couple extra bucks, I felt safer with those extra threads.
