“The horizontal rails do not reach the vertical rails on my 55in panasonic TV. I need longer horizonal rails for the mount to work. The verical rails are 27inches apart. The horizonal rails privided are only 25in long.”

Sounds like you have the 1 model that wont work with this mount. Prob gonna have to take it back. It wont work if the dont reach
