“After installation of a 55" samsung tv to mounting bracket one side of the tv is "sagging" a little. The tv is definitely not hanging straight. Is there a simple adjustment to get it level?”

• Make sure that you use a leveling tool and a measuring tape , and a stud finder when mounting the bracket to the wall, also use anchors for the screws if drilling into plaster, if all that has been done and it still saggs, then adjust either the right or left side of the bracket post connected to the back of the TV.
