“Most people want to tilt their tv down. We are installing on a slanted cathedral wall, so we want to tilt it up to make it closer to vertical not facing the floor. What's the range that this wall mount is capable of tilting up? Some are only 15%.Thanks.”

15 to 20 degrees and Don't forget to take into account the size of the tv will also determine the full degree of tilt allowed.
