Can I installed it with a Sunbrite outdoor TV? null

Technically you can, it fits and it's secure. Problem is it's not outdoor rated, so if the pieces and mount could get rusty and damage the tv. No warranty would cover for something like that. For peace of mind, i would recommend an outdoor rated mount.
