“Can this unit be mounted on 24" studs? If no, do I need to mount plywood over dry wall on studs and have wall mount attach to plywood or will Geek Squad take care of this since they will be installing?”

This question has been asked many times with only vague approximations for answers. I wish people who dont have an aswer would quit guessing...geez!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My house has 24” spacing on 6” studs. I mounted one end into the stud and used 4 snap toggle 1/4” anchors on the other end. I tried a cheaper type of toggle from Menards with only 1 snap but my walls are packed with installation and they didn’t fold straight. Get the snaptoggle brand, it has 2 snap straps and hold the toggle tighter against the drywall. I mounted a 65” LG TV on it and no problems.
