Do any come out and drop down. Tv is setting to high? null

No unfortunately they don’t drop down. This is a Walmart that will pull out nearly 24 inches away from the wall they will swivel and tilt but they will not go down.

The bracket can extend out from the wall, tilt to the left, tilt right, and tilt down. It does not drop. down. I tilt the TV down when watching and it works fine.
