• No tools necessary, just your hands . You just hold the top and bottom of tv and tilt it up or down; apply pressure to one side to tilt left or right vise versa.

• You can move it without tools. To tilt the face of the tv you must loosen a knob on the mount, position the tv, then tighten knob again. Not difficult. Enjoy.
