There is a knob on the back to tilt the TV angle. Also the mounts on the back that mount to the TVitself have multiple mounting holes so you can remove the monts and rescrew then back into the TV in the next notches will rase or lower the TV. Only other way would be to remove and remount the entire TV mount on the wall a lil higher.
