• Yes, you should have no problem. You need coax cables for sound though.

• It should work as long as you have it connected into the correct output to input. Of course, no audio.

• Should be able to. I use it to connect my laptop to a larger monitor. Laptop has HDMI out and monitor has DVI input. I don't think audio is transmitted.

• I have to run a separate audio cable from my computer to the tv in order to hear the audio...
