“How do I get my iPhone 5 to sync with the Micro Bluetooth 2.1 EDR Adapter I'm trying to connect my iPhone 5 to the RocketFish Micro Bluetooth 2.1 EDR Adapter so I can sync it up to send and receive sms messages from the computer itself. It has the little phone display but just sits "Connecting..." and on the bottom right it says "Disconnect from message access server". Won't ever connect or load. WHY?! HELP!!”

I actually fixed it. I had the Bluetooth plugged into the back of the computer with too much interference. I plugged it into the front of the computer in an open USB port and it connected everything instantly!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am unable to find that exact error, but errors that are close to "disconnect from message access server" are server side errors. It sounds like your phone is actually connected to your PC, but the syncing to get your SMS messages is not under the control of the adapter. The Your best bet would be to contact either Apple or your service provider for assistance.
