Is this rated for in wall mounting? null

Yes, this cable is In-Wall rated.

It comes with the parts for wall mounting. I saw no "ratings" for it's ability to withstand outside winds etc. As long has it's mounted with good lag screws or other, into solid wood or walls, I would expect no problems.
