Could this product be attached to the Rocketfish low profile, tilting TV mount for 32-70" TVs? We have a cable box that we'd like to attach to the underside of the TV mount bracket somehow. Dimensions are 9.5" wide x 8" deep by 1.25" high. Could this work to hold this box?

Can't think of a reason why it wouldn't. Simple but sturdy L brackets and literally hindreds of screws to accomodate anything I've come across. Kinda surprised I've never seen a soundbar mounted this way because it really adds to the function of a mount with audio benefits.

I don't believe so. this is designed to screw into the mounting holes on soundbars. I don't believe it would attach to a cable box.

I would not recommend using this to mount your cable box as it was not designed for this purpose.
