Yes we have a 65' curved with a full motion wall mount and it's underneath perfectly!!

It should it mounts to the tv not the stand or mounts.

Yes! It works great, but study your mounting options before you begin, because there are so many ways to fasten to the Sanus. I added 2) 1" long machine screws, 4) flat washers & 2) nuts & bolted the Rocketfish bracket directly to the Sanus vertical bracket. Worked great!!

I installed it with the Sanus Full Motion Wall Mount, and it installed beautifully!!

It will indeed work on a Sanus full motion wall mount. Great since the soundbar will be localized directly under the Flat Panel Display.
