“How do I attach a RF-HTVMMAR to a Vizio 32 inch with 100 x 100 VESA pattern? I don’t need the extenders. The M6 screws that fit the TV screw holes do not fit / will not go through the holes on the piece that is supposed to attach to the back of the TV.”

Don't know and can't answer. However, I would have a Geek Squad person come to your home and appraise the situation. That was one of my prime reasons for being a member.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Trh adjusting the location or rotating the main bracket. While mounting holes are not universal there usually is an option which works in the package.
