“Will this work on aluminum stud walls? I've moved to a new apartment which has aluminum stud walls. I'm afraid of tapping into the probably lightweight aluminum studs to fasten the wall mount. Should I instead avoid the studs and use two (2) or even the four (4) pattern, snaptoggle bolts through drywall only?? Thank you.”

• I would use the aluminum studs. I've placed adjustible book shelves in offices that were built with aluminum studs, loaded them up with very heavy books, and they are very strong since aluminum studs are reenfoirced because of the drywall on them. I really think you would have less strength using just toggle bolts and drywall only.

• Would not recommend using with aluminum studs or dry wall as neither is mentioned in the manual and we don't want a safety related issue to occur as a result of this suggestion.
