I looked at the Omni Mount SC120FMX online. Based on what I can see this should work with no problem. The reason is that the Rocketfish Universal Soundbar Mount is attached BETWEEN the TV mount and the television. In other words, the soundbar mount is against the TV and then you place the TV mount against the soundbar mount and run the bolts (provided with the soundbar mount) through BOTH the TV mount AND the soundbar mount. Rocketfish includes spacers for the bottom set of bolts so that everything is kept in line. It was no problem making this soundbar mount work with the Rocketfish RF-HTVMM170C Full Motion TV Wall Mount (purchased a year ago from Best Buy). I mounted a Samsung HW-R650 soundbar to it and it fits flush against the bottom of the television. It looks great and the mount is sturdy.
