- A: AnswerThis has a dynamic height adjust system, all you'll need to do is lift up on the soundbar until it's flush with the bottom of the TV, there's a pull cord to release if you'd like to lower it back down. The depth of the soundbar can also be adjusted during install, so you'll be able to get the face of the soundbar and TV flush, while also having no gap between. Review your soundbar manual as well. Some soundbars recommend 4" of clearance for up-firing speakers, this will ensure optimal sound quality.

- A: AnswerMy TV was already mounted on the wall, and the Best Buy Agents who came out to mount my soundbar did have to take the TV off the wall. They heard me speaking to my husband about wanting to have the TV mounted further to the right and one of the Best Buy Agents said, they could do that when they remount the TV back on the wall. The whole process took very little time. My experience with Best Buy is they're always thinking of their customers--it brings us back to do business with them over and over again.

- A: AnswerThe gaps are your choice. It’s all in how you mount it. You can mount it flush or leave a gap.

- A: AnswerI looked at the Omni Mount SC120FMX online. Based on what I can see this should work with no problem. The reason is that the Rocketfish Universal Soundbar Mount is attached BETWEEN the TV mount and the television. In other words, the soundbar mount is against the TV and then you place the TV mount against the soundbar mount and run the bolts (provided with the soundbar mount) through BOTH the TV mount AND the soundbar mount. Rocketfish includes spacers for the bottom set of bolts so that everything is kept in line. It was no problem making this soundbar mount work with the Rocketfish RF-HTVMM170C Full Motion TV Wall Mount (purchased a year ago from Best Buy). I mounted a Samsung HW-R650 soundbar to it and it fits flush against the bottom of the television. It looks great and the mount is sturdy.

- A: AnswerIt's meant to be universal so you should be good. From my experience you'll want to spot and measure your mounting holes on your soundbar (either on back or bottom of the component) and also note the proximity of your mounting brackets to the power cable inlet on the tv. I had to off-center my soundbar mounting rods because the default positioning encroached on my ability to plug in the power cable. All that said, it looks great and wasn't too hard to put together

- A: AnswerWe had our soundbar installed professionally by the Geek Squad and the tv was completely removed from our wall bracket to do so. It looks great and it's the best way to go.

- A: AnswerNo. This mount won't hold the weight of anything more than a loaf of bread without sliding down. It uses a little friction clamp to hold the bar at a given level, there are no holes in the bar with screws to put through to hold it there. Its hot trash stay away.
