“My tv is already mounted on the wall, will I have to take the tv down before installing the sound bar mount?”

• My TV was already mounted on the wall, and the Best Buy Agents who came out to mount my soundbar did have to take the TV off the wall. They heard me speaking to my husband about wanting to have the TV mounted further to the right and one of the Best Buy Agents said, they could do that when they remount the TV back on the wall. The whole process took very little time. My experience with Best Buy is they're always thinking of their customers--it brings us back to do business with them over and over again.

• Yes, it needs to go on below the wall bracket for the TV in the same holes.
