It's meant to be universal so you should be good. From my experience you'll want to spot and measure your mounting holes on your soundbar (either on back or bottom of the component) and also note the proximity of your mounting brackets to the power cable inlet on the tv. I had to off-center my soundbar mounting rods because the default positioning encroached on my ability to plug in the power cable. All that said, it looks great and wasn't too hard to put together
