• I think it would work fine, as it is nothing less than a portable Windows PC. Moreover, lightgun games are generally pretty light so they should run fine on it. You'll have to use a dock to connect the Lightgun and monitor the ROG Ally (unless you want to play on the teeny tiny screen, which would be crazy :-P)
