• Yes, you can add a lot of these channels for free. Others can be added for a fee. I believe CBS has a channel that gets you all their stuff for $8/mo. I just use the free ones. More than enough entertainment.

• So long as you have access to a provider, you'll have access to all the stations that the contract with the provider has. This is validated via your email address with your provider.

• You do if they are channels you subscribe to with you provider and the channels have an app to stream. Not sure about youtube.
