Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes and there are a couple of ways to achieve this. If you still have and want to keep a Pay-TV service (cable or sat) and ESPN is in your pay-tv package you can view ESPN programming through the WatchESPN app available in the ROKU channel store. If you don't have Pay-TV, you can still get some limited content with the WatchESPN app. I have discovered that most live events are available for re-play (subscription-free) shortly after the live event has ended. And since ESPN3 is exclusively college sports, much of its live content is available without a pay-tv subscription via the WatchESPN app. The other way to get the channels you mentioned is with SlingTV. This is like Pay-TV, but all content is streamed and there are a good number of the most popular cable channels (including ESPN and its siblings) for packages starting at $20/month. Sling is available for a free 7-day trial to new customers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is a new program for $20 a month that gives you lots of sports channels - SlingTV - which I don't have, but my sports-freak friend has and loves. Don't know exactly what you can get but he swears by it. When you get your Roku, scroll through the channels until you find SlingTV. (Note: It's not the same as Slingbox). There is no contract and you can cancel easily, my friend says, on a month to month basis.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have a login for Watch ESPN then yes you have access. You could sign up with Sling TV for $20 a month and get those channels plus many more.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not yet, but Roku is adding channels all of the time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes but only as long as you have a subscription through a cable provider or data lite provider. When you download the app it's asks you to login in with credentials to prove you have a subscription to there service. If you do not have a cable or data lite subscription. Than you cannot watch and it will be a waste of money. There is no set price/subscription to purchase alone through the apps
