“I currently have a 24" Vizio which constantly trys to make you connect to their SmartCast or whatever they call it. I have an elderly wife and need a kitchen TV that simply connects to antenna upon startup. Does this do that?”

If you go to Settings→System→Power→Power on and then choose a default, in your case, antenna or whatever it's called there, it should work. It did for me choosing my satellite provider.

Please try again later.Hello Billy, Unfortunately Roku branded TVs require you set them up with internet upon first powering the TVs, once you've set up the TV you can disconnect from the internet and edit the home screen to where Live Channels is the first button on the home screen taking her straight there by just pressing OK.
