A:AnswerHi Joanne! This TV comes with everything that you'll need to get up and streaming. While an HDMI cable is not included, you won't need one as the Roku player is built right in to the TV! But if you'd like to connect another device, such as a cable box, you'll need to locate a compatible HDMI cable for said device. We hope this helps!
A:AnswerHello! The remote included with this TV does not have a headphone jack, but there are a few alternative options for you.
The remote that offers the headphone jack is our Voice Remote Pro—it's available within the Roku Plus Series line of TVs. But if you prefer the Roku Select Series line, you can also purchase the Voice Remote Pro as a stand-alone accessory. Since it's compatible with all Roku TVs, it will be a great upgrade to this TV.
Lastly, any Roku owner can take advantage of private listening using our free Roku Mobile App. Simply download the app to your phone to get started. Happy Streaming!
A:AnswerI am only using it in my guest bedroom. The room is small and I find that the 24" is suitable for my use and can be heard quite well without increasing volume.
A:AnswerGreat to hear you're part of the Roku family! When you press the Star* button on your remote while streaming, you'll see a side menu populate. After traveling to Sound Settings > Customize sound mode, you'll be able to adjust other volume modes, including the bass and treble. In the same side menu you can also find picture settings, where you'll find many more options to personalize your picture. Happy Streaming!
A:Answerthere's a button at bottom of tv. Need remote to change channels. Volume difficult to change up or down with remote; seems to be a common problem after checking online reviews.

A:AnswerHi ADew, Our Roku-branded TVs can definitely work as monitors! Get started by first connecting to the internet and activating your TV with your Roku account. Then all you need to do is use an HDMI cord to connect this TV to your computer and use it as an extra monitor. We hope this helps!
A:AnswerThe easy answer is no. You can adjust the display settings for brightness but not to the point you want. Roku TVs supply 5 choices of brightness from lighter to darker, none of which shut the screen off. My suggestion is to stream a TV service (sling, YouTube TV, etc.) through a phone or tablet so it's easy to shut the screen or lower brightness to off while playing the audio.
A:Answeryes you can through a Roku Account. The account is free and there is a multitude of apps to download. Some of the apps require that you have a TV service like optimum or Fios to show that you are paying for those channels even though it's elsewhere. I have TV service on Long Island and use my Roku devices in Pennsylvania. Every few weeks you have to "verify" that you are still paying for a TV service.
A:AnswerHello! While the Roku Select Series TVs do not have Bluetooth available, you can enjoy bluetooth private listening on all Roku products using the free Roku Mobile App Official. Simply download the app to your phone to tablet, pair your Roku TV to the app, pair your headphones to your phone or tablet, and you're all set!
If Bluetooth capability is a key feature for you, we do have our Roku TV Plus Series range that offer this. Feel free to contact us via our support page with any other questions!
A:AnswerYes! There is a Channel Guide for Live TV. You can find the guide by going to the Live TV tab from the home screen, or you can press the left arrow key on your remote during Live TV streaming. We hope this helps!
A:AnswerYes, with the Roku OS built-in, this TV will support the Xfinity stream channel where you can sign in with your existing Xfinity credentials. You can browse through our extensive selection of channels when you visit the Roku Channel Store. Happy Streaming!
