• Yes, while it opens with options, you can press the "ok" button and it will broadcast your last choice.

• Partially! By default, your new TV will open to the main Roku home screen. However, inside the Power settings of the TV, you'll see an option that reads, "Always power on to…". From here, you can select that the TV always powers onto the Home screen, the last used TV input, and HDMI port of your choice, or Live TV. We hope this helps!
