The Roku remote can easily navigate over-the-air channels by simply pressing the Up or Down arrow buttons to change the channel. Alternatively, you can press the Left Arrow button while watching Live TV to open the program channel guide, then scroll through the guide to see what's on each channel. Note: Use the Up or Down arrow keys to scroll through the guide one channel at a time, or use the Double Arrow keys to scroll through the guide rapidly. Once you locate the channel you would like to watch, press the OK button to switch to that channel. To switch back to the previous channel, press the Instant Replay button. To turn the program guide off, press the Return button. The program guide allows you to view current airing programs as well as future airing programs, and you can filter the channels that the guide displays by moving the cursor to the far left, then selecting one of the following categories: All Channels, Recommended, Favorites, Recents, News, Sports, Entertainment, Music, Kids & Family, Movies, Reality, Crime, Game Shows, Comedy, or En Espanol. There is a third way the Roku remote can navigate over-the-air channels... simply press the Voice button, holding it down, while speaking a command into the remote. For example you can say: "2.1" "channel 33.1" " open the Roku channel" " launch Hulu" " Disney Plus" " play Live TV" " open the channel guide" " find comedies" etc. Regarding your second question... The Roku remote allows you to access the Sleep Timer feature. Press the * button, then select Sleep Timer, then the desired time. Alternatively, press the Voice button, holding it down, and say: "turn off TV in 10 minutes" or "turn off TV in 1 hour" or "turn Sleep Timer off"
