- Answer Hello Remote, There is not a larger remote than the one that come with the TV. any remotes with numbers or additional buttons would be third party.

QuestionThe sound cuts out and then comes back sometimes, I am using an optical connection for sound to an older Yamaha receiver, it has HDMI but no ARC on the receiver.tried system updates turningoff and unplugging and everything other than a factory reset. Help

- Answer The only solution was cable tv hdmi to receiver ,hdmi cable out to tv in hdm1 1. Cannot control the inputs with TV . Optical doesn't work with the TV to receiver without dropping out.I tried two different cables and both optical ports on my yamaha rxv 6600

- Answer If you go to System settings and then Store settings you can watch 4k or blu rays through this setting. Just make sure and turn off SHOW STORE MARKETING MESSAGES. If not you get random Roku commercials popping up

QuestionI have a TCL Roku TV and the HDR makes content noticeably darker, but through a "secret" button code with the remote you're able to disable the HDR, which makes the picture absolutely fantastic. Can this be done on a Roku branded TV?

- Answer I don’t think you would need it on the Roku brand. I too had a TLC and recently purchased the Roku brand and the picture quality is fantastic. Ever so much better than the TLC.
