“The sound cuts out and then comes back sometimes, I am using an optical connection for sound to an older Yamaha receiver, it has HDMI but no ARC on the receiver.tried system updates turningoff and unplugging and everything other than a factory reset. Help”

• The only solution was cable tv hdmi to receiver ,hdmi cable out to tv in hdm1 1. Cannot control the inputs with TV . Optical doesn't work with the TV to receiver without dropping out.I tried two different cables and both optical ports on my yamaha rxv 6600
