  • QuestionTV stops streaming after 4 hours. We have streamed a sleep video from Amazon Prime for years. It is 9 hours long. With this Roku TV it stops streaming after 4 hours. It does not show any prompts or choices just goes back to the home screen. Settings?

    Asked by RWDD.

    • Answer In response to the "Roku" answer. Craig was right, it was the Bandwidth settings. Works perfectly now. You must have missed the part about the TV still being ON. It just stopped streaming and went back to the home screen after 4 hours. Roku should consider having all of these Power / Bandwidth settings set to OFF from the factory. A new TV should perform the way a customer expects by staying on and performing until THEY decide to shut it off. Having to figure out what is "wrong" with their new TV and having to research to "fix" it are not brand building moments. Customers who wish to have automatic shut downs or limitations can CHOOSE to enable them if they wish.

  • QuestionHow many watts are the the speakers?

    Asked by JohnW.

    • Answer I searched the box, and the User Guide and could not find the answer for you. They don't seem to want to say what the wattage is. I can tell you the tv can get very loud when the sound settings are set to default. The level goes all the way to 100, but even though I like my tv loud, I usually only need it around 30-40.

  • QuestionWhat is the difference between a Roku, Hisence-Roku, and TLC-Roku? Which is better?

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer I don't know what a TLC is however we bought our Roku tv at the same time we bought a HISENSE ROKU. Without question the ROKU is a much better picture. This is our 'main' tv so it worked out well, the Hisense Roku is for the basement. Hisense is fine...ROKU is better.
