A memory stick is an IMM In-Line Memory Module that contains various amounts of memory. I.E. 4GB, 8GB, 16GBs. A good starting point would be to take a look at Microns website. Micron produces high quality memory. Samsung is the same Stick as Micron I run Crucial by Micron memory sticks. 32GB on all 3 of my PCs. Runs flawlessly on all my PCs. Hope this helps!
