“Does this TV have a Gigabit ethernet in it? 100Mbit connections are too slow for a lot of 4k local streaming. I know this because I own one of your previous TVs and several of my 4k rips have to be downgraded to stream on to my TV.”

Ethernet only give me 93mbps while wifi gives 205mbps. So yes, it seems like 100mbit port. That said, my 4k rips play fine over ethernet, which nearly maxes out the connection. I switched over to wifi though. Twice the speed is worth it in my case.

Please try again later.From everything I am reading it does not, and neither do any of the other smart TVs. 4K streaming is supposed to work at 25mpbs, so a 100mbit ethernet port should be plenty, but like you I am surprised they aren't putting gigabit ports in all of the TVs.
