Hello MJPHome, you wouldn’t need a Roku attached to any of the HDMI ports as this tv has it built in. This TV does have Bluetooth and will work with your Bose devices. And the only HDMI that would matter is HDMI ARC for soundbars that aren’t wirelessly connected.
