Yes! There are a variety of ways to watch local channels and the easiest one is directly on your Roku home page. On the left hand side of the Roku home page, you'll see an option dedicated to "Live TV". This will point you to a a Roku favorite—the Live TV Channel Guide plus other shows, channels, or movies that are all being streamed live.
