No, these remotes and Roku player ONLY support IR remotes.

You can get a Roku device with the microphone button on the remote or buy the remote separately and it should work, but you can always double check the TV manual or just buy the streaming system that comes with that remote (redundant but may cost the same or less than buying the remote).
