However you can download the free Roku Mobile App,available for iOS and Android, which has the private listening feature. Private listening allows you to plug headphones into a mobile device for private listening. Please note that both the Roku and your mobile device will need to be on the same network.

No it isn't. you have to get the more expensive ones for that.
