If Idaho PTV has a streaming app, you may be able to "install" it to your Roku. That's what I did with the "Hoopla" streaming app when I couldn't install that app on my LG TV. Good luck

Hi, Passportmoma! To view your Idaho PTV Passport shows you'll need to add the PBS channel to your Roku Express. Just like your smartphone accesses an “app store” to add new applications, your Roku Express accesses the Roku Channel Store to add new channels. Once you've added the PBS channel you will need to sign in with your Passport credentials. You will then have access to Idaho PTV Passport shows using the PBS channel.
