Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You may need to situate the Roku (and your TV set) closer to your WiFi router, or vice versa. Mine detected my network immediately and I have had no problems once I logged it into the network. Do you have a smartphone, tablet or laptop in the same place as the Roku, and if so, are they accessing your network OK?

If your Roku Express is able to connect to the network you can initiate a connection check with the following steps.Start by pressing the Home button on your Roku remote.
