There are thousands of apps to choose from. You can go online to check but it does not replace your TV remote.

You can add any app that is available on the ROKU app page. I have several PBS channels on mine. A ROKU device is like a DVD Player or a Blue-Ray Player, you have a seperate remote to run the Player. It is a Streaming Device and it plugs into an Input on your TV. Depending on which ROKU Device you buy, you can use a Cell Phone App to control your ROKU Device. I can use the Phone App on my TCL ROKU TV and my ROKU Express.
