• Nothing really, what is it , is the USB is more money. If you are planning to take your Roku to a friend's house or vacation, the USB is a tiny bit easier to deal with. But, I have the the tiny box that is wired and I've taken it with me on vacation. I think that if I had the USB, I would have lost it already.

• I don’t know the difference but for what I need it to do which is watch YouTube and Netflix, it works great for $29.
