• This will not interfere with a cable set-up. When you want to use the Roku you have to go to an alternative input on your television. Similar to if you're using a DVD player or video game.

• Timmer, it shouldn't impact your Dish reception at all. You do need to have an open HDMI Port for the Express to plug into. Other than that Roku should compliment your Dish package.
