You can stream Netflix, Disney +, Amazon Prime, Hulu, the Roku Channel and on and on. There are thousands of channels to choose from and stream, many of them are free. Many of the apps offer hundreds of different channels themselves (like the Roku Channel, Pluto TV, etc, some with commercials and many without). These Roku devices are the only way to go for anyone wishing to get away from cable tv. I hope this answers your question.
