• You can but you'd be better off with some budget active speakers. Better sound for the same money. If the levelling and clarity features work at all they only do so through Roku streaming and not any other input.

• Hi, TBake! You can use the Roku Streambar for audio only with your TCL Roku TV. Please note that you will need to connect the Roku Streambar to your TCL Roku TV via HDMI-ARC using the included HDMI cable to complete the initial on screen setup. If your TCL Roku TV does not have HDMI-ARC you'll want to connect the included HDMI cable from the HDMI port on your Roku Streambar to the HDMI port on your Roku TV. In addition you'll need to connect the included Optical cable to the Optical audio port on the Roku Streambar with the other end of the Optical cable connected to the Optical audio port on your TCL Roku TV.
