“I plugged in this sound bar to the HDMI ARC on a new Hisense 4K TV and am getting bad crackling in the audio output on all channels. The Roku troubleshooting page says this device is only meant for Roku TVs, but Best Buy says different. Which is it?”

• Hello, JBK92107! The Roku Streambar is compatible with all HD and 4K TVs. Please note: The Streambar only allows for one of two connection options. Connect the included HDMI from the Streambar to the ARC HDMI port on the TV. If ARC HDMI Port is unavailable, an HDMI and Optical Cable connection are required.
