- Answer We use Direct TV and the Roku remote control device easily allows us to select the Direct TV app off the menu and then select any option to record, store programs in Library, and pick any program off the Guide.

QuestionI just purchased a Roku Streaming Stick Model: 3840R SKU: 6619093. I pulled the purple tab out of the back of the device but a piece of tape is sill in the device. When I plug it in the TV, the start-up screen is displayed but frozen.
