“I just purchased a Roku Streaming Stick Model: 3840R SKU: 6619093. I pulled the purple tab out of the back of the device but a piece of tape is sill in the device. When I plug it in the TV, the start-up screen is displayed but frozen.”

• May need to factory reset or return it there may be a problem if it’s not doing what it’s supposed to do
