No it will not give you a full screen picture

No. There is no ZOOM feature. It's designed to display the content's original aspect ratio or whatever the provider is streaming.

Hello connie! Please except our apologies for the previous miscommunication. There are currently no Roku Streaming devices that directly support expanding the picture to fill the screen.
